Casey and Leigh, so very sorry you had to go through this. It is very difficult to imagine your life without him. But know he is only a thought away. He will be by your sides forever more. I know I haven't been around over these years however I never forgot the Audubon days of countless days of fun and so much laughter. I loved him then as well as you girls and that love never goes away. Please always know you and your families will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Love you always. Gail Evans
Casey and Leigh:
I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad. You don't know me because I moved to Florida in 1979, but your dad and I shared many memories. Your dad shared an apartment on Midland Ave with my ex husband, Jeff Myers. We used to play a lot of foosball in that apt. I had my birds there, too, so that may have been Ed's first encounter with birds. He always shared bird memes and stories on fb with me. One of my favorite memories of Ed was the one time he ran out of soap and he showered with Lava soap--ouch! We laughed about that one for a while. So many fun, wonderful memories of riding Harleys; camping at Shawn Lynch's property; riding the Harleys to Tom Kelly's wedding in Boston, MA; partying at Ellicott Creek Park; fun times with the Shaver clan and others; partying in our apt; etc. Ed, I know you are at peace now. Keep the party going in heaven as I know you will! Sending my sympathies and condolences to both of you and your families.
Love, Lynne Myers
Leigh and Casey, you know my heart breaks for you. I hope your faith and fond memories will help get you through this difficult time. Your dad sounds like he was a fun loving guy. Now I know where you get your craziness from. Cherish the memories and know you'll see him again some day. Love you both!
So beautifully written....words cannot describe my heartache for you...please know you are all in my every thought and prayers during this especially difficult time and the time that follows...hugs xoxoxo
