Obituary of Tadeus J. Kozminski

Devoted husband and father Tadeus J. "Ted" Kozminski, 85, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, on November 9, 1936, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna (Fortuna) Kozminski. A proud alumnus of Niagara University, and recipient of a Master Degree from Buffalo State Teachers College, Ted was a career-long teacher for the Niagara Falls Public School System, and the North Tonawanda Public School System. He enjoyed reading, swimming, walking, golfing, and travel, and had served as Troop Committee Chairman for Boy Scout Troop 841 at St. John de La Salle Church in Niagara Falls. Ted is survived by his son, Keith Kozminski. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his loving and devoted wife Gloria A. (Skowronski) Kozminski, 6-days prior; his sister Julia (Stanley) Koval; and, his brother William Kozminski (K.I.A. WW-II) and half-brother Walter Kozminski. There is NO PRIOR visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 AM on Wednesday, February 2nd, at St. John de La Salle Roman Catholic Church, 8477 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY, with Rev. Slawomir Siok officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Arrangements entrusted to ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME, INC.
